DDMIX for Schools Coordinator – APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.

Location: Remote – Ideally London or Surrey based.

Applications will be accepted by those located outside of these locations, but to be suitable for the role you must be willing to travel to these locations for training and meetings.

We are looking for a DDMIX for Schools coordinator to join the team on a self-employed basis. If you are experienced in Sales and Administration and have experience or an interest in Dance/Physical Education in primary schools, then please do read on.

 

The Role

The DDMIX for Schools Coordinator will involve customer service, sales, and administration skills to look after our DDMIX for Schools member schools.

They will be attentive to the nature of the role and be available to assist schools with all enquiries.

There may be opportunities for school visits and to be involved with staff training should the candidate have the relevant dance teaching experience; however, this is not mandatory.

 

About You

A proactive, and effective communicator with excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone with good time management, organisation and planning skills.

Someone who can identify problems, suggest solutions and will enjoy being part of a small team.

This is a role that has been created due to growth in our brand, therefore we are looking for someone who is happy to adapt and grow within the role.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintaining relationships with our schools
  • Sales
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the DDMIX for Schools Product (training will be provided)
  • Bookings and enquiry management
  • Assist with event organisation

 

Your Skills/Requirements

A passion for delivering excellent customer service

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Able and happy to work on a self-employed basis

Own laptop and mobile device

IT Skills – confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word

Dropbox

Sales experience

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.

 

Conditions and Pay

£19,000 – £24,000 per annum

Training provided where necessary

Self Employed

4 days per working week: 9am – 5pm (these timings can be flexible for the right candidate)
